Ing. Dotse is a Senior Professional Engineer registered with the Ghana Institution of Engineers

Experience in Ghana:
He has worked for over thirty-three years as a Team Leader/Project Manager, Design and Construction Engineer for several Water and Irrigation Projects under various donor funding agencies (KfW, EU, AFD, ADB, Danida, and the World Bank) in Ghana and under AfDB and the World Bank in Liberia.
Ing. Dotse worked on the following projects as either the Project Manager or Team Leader. Akim Oda, Akwatia and Winneba Water Supply Project in Ghana (Akim Oda Component), Assin Fosu Water Supply Project (Ghana), Feasibility Studies and Construction Supervision of Nsawkaw Water Supply Project (Ghana), He was also the Deputy Project Manager for following water projects in Ghana; EU funded Water Small Towns Water Project in the Central and Western Regions, 13 Small Towns Water Supply Project in the Upper West Region and KFW Funded 37 Small Towns Water Supply Projected in the Eastern and Volta Regions and others.

International Experience:
In Liberia he worked for a German Consulting firm IGIP under the Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Project as the Team Leader that managed the Design reviews for 3 County Capitals Water Schemes. Supervision of the works is to commence soon.

He was also the Team Leader for the group that carried out Design Reviews & Construction Supervision of White Plains Water Treatment Plant, 21km of 36Inc Treated Water Transmission Pipeline for Monrovia.

He was the Team Leader for Design Review and Construction of Groundwater Schemes and Sanitation Facilities in New Georgia & Soul Clinic/Paynesville and a booster station in Fish market community, all in Monrovia.

He was the Team Leader for Fosat Consult that carried out the Designs of Water Intake on River Efaho including Treatment Plant, Solar Pumping system, Transmission of 2 parallel GRP, OD 600 pipelines (one for treated water and the other for raw water for irrigation) through a distance of 100kn from Andakanan to Ambovembe in Southern Madagascar. This assignment was for TOP International Engineering & Construction Madagascar (TIEM) -Main Contractor

He is the team Leader currently carrying out construction Supervision of 10km 48 inches Ductile Iron Transmission Pipes being laid to replace the 60years old 36 inches pipes under the Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Project (UWSSP) of LWSC” in Monrovia – Liberia
The project which is funded by the World Bank will be completed in December 2025.

Ing. Dotse is a Principal member of the Ghana Institution of Engineers (GhIE) with vast experience in Pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, Design and construction of Water Supply Systems for Urban, Small Towns and Rural Communities, Design and construction of urban and rural sanitation facilities, Design and construction of dams and irrigation/drainage systems, Project Management and monitoring and evaluation of Projects
Ing. Alfred Dela Dotse is a Ghanaian with three Children and resides in Accra Ghana. He has excellent command in the English language and speaks fluent Twi, Ewe, Ga and Russian.
