Emmanuel Kwesi Sam
His professional career in the water sector spans over Forty-five (45) years and includes four years with Burgeap on the AFD-funded Central Region Project (1994-1998), four with BCEOM on the AFD-funded Northern Region Project (2002-2006), and four years with Egis-BCEOM as the Socio-economist / community Development Expert in charge of the planning, programming, monitoring and reporting on community mobilisation and training activities of field officers (Community Development Officers / Partner Organisations), community- based water supply facilities management, demand-driven sanitation facilities implementation.
He also has a lot of experience working with donors that are very active in the WASH sector in Ghana, namely, EU, AfD, IDA, DANIDA, CIDA, Plan International, etc.
As a Director of FOSAT Ltd., responsible for socio-economic studies and community development work since 1998, he has gained a large operational experience in specific fields such as community mobilization, community training, Environmental Impact Assessment, monitoring and evaluation and general project management.
Mr Emmanuel Kwesi Sam is a Ghanaian with two Children and resides in Accra Ghana. He has excellent command in the English language and speaks fluent Fanti and Twi.
